摘要

In order to increase the quantum efficiency of ZnO, Fes(3+)-doped semiconductor ZnO quantum dots (QDs) were successfully synthesised by sol gel method. The effect of temperature, reaction time and pH on Zn(1-x)FexO nanoparticle characteristics investigated. Changes in temperature seriously affect the chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal of dye wastewater. Factors on the the characteristics of Zn(1-x)FexO nanoparticle by range analysis in orthogonal experiment can be concluded. The optimum technological parameters for COD removal are reaction temperature of 30 degrees C, residence time of 30 min and pH 8.
