摘要

This work aims to use electroanaiytical techniques, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), to monitor and evaluate the behaviour of folic acid (FA) during the electrooxi-dation (EO). The electroanaiytical method to quantify the concentration of FA has been standardised in order to establish the best conditions of pH and concentration range. The EO was performed using boron-doped diamond (BDD) and titanium, as anode and cathode, respectively. According to the data obtained, it was possible to follow the degradation of FA by using DPV technique, determining its concentration, as a function of time.
