The 2nd Annual EnergyOcean 2005 Conference & Exhibition will be held in Washington,D.C.at the Washington Convention Center on April 26-28,2005.The event is presented by the newly reformed Ocean Energy Council (OEC),which supported Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) in the 1970s and 1980s.Richard Meyer,an original co-founder of the OEC and the new Director,will present the opening remarks at this year's event.
