New collaboration to standardise safety courses

The world's leading wind turbine manufacturers Vestas Wind Systems and Siemens Wind Power have established the GWO - Global Wind Organisation - together with a range of energy companies, wind turbine owners and manufacturers of wind technology. This new organisation's purpose is to improve the efficiency of and standardise the basic safety and preparedness training for personnel working in the wind turbine sector.
