At the end of each public release of information,OSHA reminds employers that the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 requires employers to provide "a safe and healthful workplace for their employees." To help safely professionals keep up with the multitude of OSHA standards,precedents,Federal Register declarations and other information,OSHA employs a variety of communication devices to get the word out.One is the Letter of Interpretation.
