Shipyard rule goes into effect;OSHA issues guidance

OSHA's updated rule on fire protection standards for shipyards went into effect Jan.16.The direct final rule incorporates 19 recently updated National Fire Protection Association standards,which include newer technologies for fire protection equipment,according to OSHA.
