Dow AgroSciences(Japan)introduces new research and development model

A Market-Based R&D model is being introduced worldwide by the Dow Group and it is being implemented by the Dow AgroSciences Division of Dow Chemical Japan.Previously,different managers were in place for the development and dissemination of fungicides,herbicides and insecticides.From February 2004,10 product development specialists have been introduced throughout Japan in place of the previous management structure.
