摘要

The UO_2~(2+) ion is the most stable oxacation among the actinides and can coordinate, depending upon the reaction conditions and ligands used, further with four, five or six ligands in the equatorial plane resulting in the formation of various geometric structures, In present work some coordination compounds of 8, 9 or 10 coordination number of UO_2~(2+) with 4[4'-N-nitrobenzalidene]amino]antipyrine semicarbazone (4-NO_2BAAPS) OR 4[3,4,5,-trimethoxybenzalidene]amino]antipyrine semicarbazone (TMBAAPS) as primacy ligand and dimethyl sulphoxide as secondary ligand are reported. The mixed ligand, complexes have the general composition [UO_2(L)DMSO.X_2] (L = 4-NO_2BAAPS or TMBAAPS and X = Br, I, NCS, NO_3 or CH_3COO) and [UO_2(L)_2.DMSO](ClO_4)_2. The analytical data include elemental analysis, molecular weight determination, conductivity, sectral and thermal studies. In these complexes the primary ligand behave as neutral tridentate (N,N,O) ligand, while the secondary ligand (DMSO) acts as unidentate oxygen donor.
