Application of chromatographic and electrophoretic techniquesfor analysis of biochemical-environmental samples

The applicability of chromatography and electrophoretic techniques has been discussed for biochemical-environmentla analysis.Although chromatography is an efficient analytical tool for analysis of the samples,the use of spectroscopy as detectr with chromatography has improved its utility for wide range of solutes.The capillary electrophoresis has become a competitor of chromatography for analysis of the samples.However,both techniques are most pupular and could extensively be used for purification,separationidentification and characterization of samples with suitable detection system.
