摘要

In this study, optimum ASAE (alkali-sulfide-anthraquinone-ethanol) pulping conditions of wheat straw were determined. To this end, impregnation temperature, time to impregnation temperature, impregnation time. Na_2SO_3/NaOH ratio, anthraquione %, ethanol %, were held constant, as follows: 115 deg, 35 min., 4/1, 0.1% and 50% respectively; other parameters were varied at three levels,a s follows: Na_2SO_3: 12%, 14%, 16%; maximum temperatuare: 130 deg, 150 deg, 170 deg and cooking time: 60 min., 90 min., 120 min. As a result of statistical evaluation of the data obtained, optimum pulping conditions were determined as follows: Na_2CO_3: 14% , cooking time: 120 min., maximum temperature: 150 deg, 170 deg, Na_2CO_3/NaOH ratio:4/1, ethanol %:50%, anthraquinone: 0.1%, liquor to straw ratio: 5/1.
