摘要

The experimental results revealed that post-emergence application of ethoxysulfuron 0.02 kg ha~(-1) in combination with anilofos 0.375 kg ha~(-1) (tank mix) at 10 days after transplanting (DAT) effectively controlled most of the rice weeds, and increased both the grain and straw yields which was at par with weeding twice at 20 and 40 DAT. The same treatment also recorded maximum mean benefit: cost ratio of 1.89 as against two rounds of hand weeding (1.73), which was highly expensive and labour intensive. Butachlor 1.0 kg ha~(-1) at 5 DAT followed by 2, 4-DNa salt 0.4 kg ha~(-1) at 25 DA T (herbicide sequence), pretilachlor 0.4 kg ha~(-1) at 5 DA T or oxadiargyl 0.1 kg ha~(-1) at 5 DA T were also found promising in maximizing crop yield and curtailing weed growth in transplanted rice.
