摘要

Sclerotial growth of Rhizoctonia solanl Kuhn, causing sheath blight of rice, was significantly reduced by Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma harzianum and Aspergillus terreus in 4 per cent maize-meal sand (MSM) in vitro. T. viride was more effective thanthe other two antagonists. Inoculation of T. viride in neutral soil was more effective in reducing the ShB incidence than in acidic soil. Its inoculation both on soil 15 days before and on foliage during inoculation with R. solani showed significantly greater efficiency in reducing the disease incidence and increasing grain yield of rice.
