摘要

1,4-Oxaselenins were synthesized from 3-selena-4-pentyn-1-ones by the use of AgNO_3 and LDA. One of the obtained oxaselenins, 2-(4-chiorophenyl-6-phenyl-1,4-oxaselenin 5c,showed an inhibitory efect against the proliferation of human cancer cells and inducing effects on the early stage of apoptosis.
