摘要

Optimum functions of sharpness are synthesized by the methods of the theory of statistical solutions with analysis of the spatial spectrum of images for adaptation of optical systems. Optimum character of the functions of sharpness is understood to mean that their extremum values correspond to the derivation of the estimates of maximum likelihood of effective phase distortions. The spectral functions of sharpness are shown to be not critical to the presence of a priori information on the shape of the object observed in the case where a spatially incoherent field is detected and may be used under conditions of a priori uncertainty.
