摘要

An analysis is made of the effect of aberrations of the optical system for recording images of projected fringes and the system of their holographic processing on the production of topograms of a surface under study with an increased sensitivity of measurements. The method of aberration correction is proposed, which uses a reference image of projected fringes. Results of experimental tests of the method are presented.
