摘要

Based on analysis of the electronic structure of impurity centers in crystals, the possibility and the type of reconstruction of these centers are studied. The centers produced by nontransition elements of the I, III, V, and VII groups are considered. Two variants of the general model are suggested, which can be used to describe the reconstruction of donor and acceptor centers, respectively. The relation between the reconstruction and self-compensation of these centers is discussed.
