摘要

Dynamics and mechanisms of intramolecular charge transfer in amino-derivatives of oxadiazoles and ketones are studied by methods of picosecond kinetic spectroscopy. Spectral and kinetic features observed for the compounds under study are interpreted within the framework of present-day concepts of mechanisms responsible for the formation of TICT states. It is shown that the presence of specific solvation for proton-donating molecules of the environment is the necessary condition of TICT state formation.
