摘要

Cross sections for excitation of ruthenium atoms by electron impact are measured. The measurements are made by the method of extended colliding beams with observation of optical emission from the interaction region. The results for transitions from the ~3F~0-, ~3G~0-, and ~3H~0-levels are presented. For the same levels, the total excitation cross sections (the contribution of the cascade population is not deducted) are determined. Some features in the behavior of cross sections are noted.
