摘要

The probabilities of 0+(3Pi), 1(3P), l(3P2)-0+CS0) quasi-molecular radiative transitions are derived as functions of the interatomic distance in the framework of a semiempirical method for analyzing quasi-molec-ular terms with the use of experimental interaction potentials of resonantly excited Hg(6 3P) atoms with rare-gas atoms. A strong dependence of the probability on the interatomic distance is typical of the l(3/)2)~O+(1o) transition forbidden in the limit of separated atoms.
