A brighter future forecast under CEPA The 11th edition of the Hong Kong Optical Fair was held towards the close of 2003. The three day event attracted 427 exhibitors, from eighteen countries and regions. Hong Kong remains the largest exporter of optical frames in Asia, and is second in the world after Italy. Despite the obvious impact of Sars earlier in the year, exports of spectacles, lenses and frames reached US
