In this the first Oracle of 2010 it is perhaps appropriate to report on the state of your Institute. The economic conditions experienced over the last 18 months have made life difficult for us all. During 2009 the Institute had resignations from some of it's company members during the very difficult first quarter of 2009. A similar picture was seen with individual members. However, thanks to the efforts of Ray Jeff, new companies and individuals have been recruited and membership levels are back to round about where they were at the end of 2008.
