Future prospects of creating bursting radar technologies within the scope of a new interdisciplinary scientific trend "Fractal Radio-Location and Fractal Radio Physics", which was elaborated and is developed based on the theory of fractals and deterministic chaos at the Institute of Radio Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, are considered. Experimental methods for measuring a fractal dimension, fractal signatures, and also appropriate fractal cepstrums of multidimensional signals and wave fields are proposed and perfected. Concrete results on measuring fractal signatures of natural formations are reported. Data on fractal digital generalized filtering of optical and radar images of extended low-contrast objects against the background of intensive irregular noise are presented. Examples of creating new dynamic models of electromagnetic wave scattering by the Earth's covers are considered. Efficiency of fractal distributions with heavy-tails (Pareto distributions) for the solving the problems under consideration is shown.
