摘要

In this paper are analyzed all the aleatory forefront and hinterground aspects of the procedures to which professor Kay has been submitted until she had been "terminated" for an unexisting "scientific misconduct". Particularly have been analyzed all the artefactual and insiduous factors elaborated penibly by the CAFT, which have conduced it to terminate professor Kay. But they are just these fragile elements which permit to conclude in their unsubstantial and unsuitable value that they are reducing the entire procedure to a juridical no true bill conducing to a total and definitive discharge.
