摘要

A method for phase ambiguity elimination is considered. It is based on using a series of measurements with different scales of interference fringes and allows an abrupt increase in the range of interference measurements without loss of precision. Finding of the solution is based on integer-valued arithmetic. Since initial phase values are given with an error, correction of erroneous values is necessary. A fast correction algorithm for an arbitrary number of measurements is presented. Potentialities of the method are shown by an experimental example of full phase reconstruction while measuring the angle between interfering waves.
