After an initial outcry of protests over the federal government's Oct.31 taxation announcement,there came an illusory period of calm.But during those days of November and early December,about 40 Calgary oil and gas trusts were busy forming a coalition,studying the issues that threaten their industry,and drafting a battle plan.
