DOOSAN BABCOCK HAS launched an Engineering Consultancy Hub in Abu Dhabi in the latest part of its Middle East growth strategy, it announced in November 2014. Consi'sting of a multi-disciplinary team of specialist engineers, metallurgists and technicians, the company claimed that the new consulting hub would provide a platform for further growth in the region. Christopher Behan, Doosan Babcock general manager for Abu Dhabi, said, "It's been a real growth year in the UAE with a good healthy pipeline of projects and that's why we're now mobilising additional resources and building up a team."
