摘要

In this work obtaining of one-component: TiO_2, SiO_2, ZrO_2 and two-component SiO_2-TiO_2 coatings from liquid phase was presented. As precursors of metals some organic compounds, alkoxide derivatives of metals were used. The coatings were obtained by dip coating method. Structural measurements indicated that the TiO_2 and ZrO_2 coatings have crystalline structure, and the SiO_2 coating has amorphous structure. The two-component SiO_2-TiO_2 coatings does not create cubical crystal lattices but has amorphous structure with few crystals originating from TiO_2. By means of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) method quantitative composition of the oxide coatings was examined. Tight SiO_2 and TiO_2 coatings with thickness of about 800 nm were obtained, very thin ones of island structure.
