Since the majority of people have various interests in their life, many conflicts are between the patient and himself/ herself. The physician has to help the patient to realize the different parts of his/her interest in order to choose autonomously at the best for a medical decision. Listening to the patient and many exchanges between him/her and the doctor allow to elucidate the best way to obtain the good orthe least evil for the patient.
