Rare tumors of the testis and its annexes have an annual incidence of less than 0.1 per 100,000 men in France. Their diversity is emphasized by the WHO classification of 2004, which distinguishes several groups according to their anatomical origin and histology. It follows an important prognostic and therapeutic heterogeneity. Their optimal management is primarily based on pathological expertise. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment. A multi-disciplinary strategy is required for the most aggressive tumors.
