Customers at Valero gasoline stations whose eyes scan fuel pump advertisements while they fill up now have something else to look at besides the ubiquitous Geico lizard or twenty-somethings pitching blue jeans and soft drinks.As of this week, they will be confronted by a familiar picture of a stern Uncle Sam pointing at the viewer and declaring: "You Will Pay The Price." The message also includes an estimate of the costs that pending legislation to curb greenhouse gas emissions will add to gasoline prices.
