Now on the market for $120 million, the 43-acre parcel of land is now being considered as a site for a new, $280 million downtown convention center. With its distinctive, pyramidlike metallic storage buildings visible from Interstate 40, the cottonseed product manufacturing site is a downtown Oklahoma City landmark.
