Argentina's president Cristina Fernandez has announced tax cuts to help the country's farm sector survive the global economic downturn, but kept levies on soy unchanged. The government has expanded previously announced tax reductions on corn and wheat exports, lowering rates slightly for small- and medium-sized farmers.
