Enbridge Sells Colombian Pipe

Canadian pipeline operator Enbridge has agreed to sell its 24.7% interest in the Ocen-sa pipeline in Colombia to state-controlled Ecopetrol for about US$400 million. The boards of directors of both companies have approved the transaction.
