Exco Sells Oklahoma Assets

Exco Resources said it agreed to sell its producing assets in Oklahoma for $540 million, bringing to a close the company's program to sell non-core assets.Dallas-based Exco said it will sell the Oklahoma properties to privately held Sheridan Holding Company. The deal is expected to close in November. At the end of 2008, the assets held estimated proved reserves of 4.8 million bbl of oil and 223.7 Bcf of gas. They produce about 919 b/d and 39.1 MMcf/d.
