TGS-Nopec Geophysical (TGS) has launched a multiclient seismic survey off Ghana involving the acquisition of 8,600 km of 2-D seismic, gravity and magnetic data. The program is linked to the recent giant Jubilee find off western Ghana and extends across shallow- and deepwater acreage not currently licensed. The project is aimed at further defining the extent of the petroleum system in Ghana's eastern offshore area.
