Report: China Overtakes US as Best Place to Invest in Renewables

China has overtaken the US as the most attractive place to invest in renewable ener- gy, according to a new report from Ernst & Young. The group’s Renewable Energy Country At- tractiveness Indices score countries on their renewable energy markets, infrastructure and suitability for individual technologies. There are separate indices for different types of re- newable energy, and an overall index giving an average score for each country.
