Reliance Increases Exports of Refined Products to Mideast, Europe

India’s Reliance Industries has been shifting exports of refined fuels to the Mideast Gulf and Europe as its new Jamnagar refinery continues to ramp up to its full 580,000 barrel per day capacity.Since the start of commercial production in mid-March, Reliance has also ventured into the giant US market.Commissioning of the new plant — which along with the existing 660,000 b/d Jamnagar refinery forms the world’s biggest refining complex — should be completed this month.
