Fifteen Indian energy companies made the ranks as compared to fourteen last year in the latestPlatts Top 250 Global Energy Company Rankings~R. Now in their 15th year, the ranking reflect the oil market's biggest price collapse in nearly three decades, a resulting re-drawing of the lines in the fuels mix and the successes of energy players less exposed to the price routtriggered by OPEC's defense of its global oil market prominence.
