The U.K.Sector of the north sea produced more than 4 million bbl.of oil equivalent per day n 2003,and attracted us6.2 billion in capital expenditures,says the U.K.Offshore operators association Ltd.,in its 2003 activity survey.productionin 2004 is projected to be around 3.7 million barrels equivalent per day,continuing a gradual decline.
