USA: The US Minerals Management Service said on September 15 that 1,298,309 bd of the Gulf's oil output, which equates to 99.9% of normal production of1.3 million bd, was down in the wake of Hurricane Ike. This was a slightly higher share of normal production that the 99.6% which was reported as being down on September 14.
