New pipelines set to change flows In Eastern Europe

The opening of Russia's new oil export pipeline to Ust-Luga on the Baltic in March 2012 has led to a fall in the amount of oil exported using other export pipelines, with the result that some refineries in Eastern Europe have been short of supplies.
