Rosneft and its U.A.E. partner Crescent Petroleum will begin their first joint gas production project in Sharjah after signing the joint concession agreement. The partners may start the work on one of Cresent Petroleum's three projects in the emirate ot Sharjah, two or which are located onshore. In mid-May, the two companies signed a cooperation agreement, but did not name any specific projects.
