The vast Marcellus shale resource is redefining natural gas markets. This according to speakers at the DUG-East conference and exhibition presented recently by Hart Energy Publishing in Pittsburgh. The Northeast shale play is affecting basis differentials, creating midstream constraints and recasting gas supply and demand economics.
