Williams Partners takes in sister MLP Williams Pipeline Partners

Williams Pipeline Partners LP and Williams Partners LP had completed the merger of the two master limited partnerships. The outstanding subordinated units of Williams Pipeline, which are all owned by the general partner of Williams Pipeline Partners, voted in favor of the merger. As a result, Williams Pipeline unit holders will receive 0.7584 Williams Partners common units for each Williams Pipeline common unit they owned at the effective time of the merger.
