Natural gas production

US production of natural gas for December 2014 was 62.3 bcm, up 3.0 bcm or 5.1% compared with December 2013. In Canada, production totaled 14.5 bcm, a fall of 0.8 bcm or 5.0% from the previous year. Natural gas production in the CIS countries was 75.5 bcm, down 8.9 bcm or 10.6% compared with the figure for December 2013. Production for OECD Europe-23 was down by 1.3 bcm or 5.0% at 25.0 bcm.
