Tall City plans exit with Midland Basin sales

Tall City Exploration LLC, Midland, Texas, planning exits from the Permian Basin, has collected $440 million in cash and notes from American Energy-Permian Basin LLC (AEPB) for Midland Basin acreage. The deal, announced in late November, includes Tall City's 14,000 net acres of leasehold primarily in Reagan County, Texas, with 1,400 boe/d of production.
