Brazil: Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) announced the start of oil and gas production from the Cidade de Saquarema floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) unit at the Lula field, located in the Santos Basin offshore Brazil. The vessel was connected to the first production well on the Lula field on July 8, 2016, with production stabilizing at 30 mn bpd by July 11, Petrobras confirmed.
