Net total world production of electricity in September 2015 was 27.3 bn kWh or 1.5% higher than in September 2014, at 1,809.4 bnkWh. In China, net electricity production increased by 19.1 bn k Wh, or 4.5% on the figure for September 2014, at 445.6 bn kWh. US production for September 2015 was 0.2 bn kWh or 0.1% lower than the figure for September 2014 at 339.6 bn kWh.
