Net world production of electricity in November 2014 was 1,968.8 bnkWh, an increase of 38.9 bn kWh or 2.0% compared with the figure for November 2013. In China, net electricity production increased by 26.0 bn kWh, or 5.8% on the figure for November 2013, at 474.8 bn kWh. US production for November 2014 was up by 5.3 bn kWh, or 1.5%, compared to the preceding year, at 357.7 bn kWh.
