Talent shortage has become'critical business issue'

Nearly 90% of senior human-resources executives at 22 top international oil and gas companies agree that the industry faces a talent shortage,according to a survey by Rice University in Houston and accounting and audit firm Ernst&Young LLP.Nearly all respondents agree the shortage has the potential to im-pede growth and financial performance.
